The wait is over! Please join the Manchester community on Earth Day to celebrate the opening of the Manchester Cedar Swamp All Persons Trail and make nature more inclusive!
When: April 22, 2022 from 10 a.m. to noon (rain date: May 3, 2022)
Or: Manchester Cedar Swamp Preserve, Manchester, New Hampshire (the speaking part will also be streamed live on Facebook and Instagram).
What to expect: A fun celebration! You’ll hear from community members involved in developing this universally accessible trail followed by a walk through the woods.

Event details: A brief festive speaker program will feature a variety of community members who were instrumental in the creation of the All Persons Trail. ASL interpreters will be on site. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the trail at their leisure. Staff will be available along the trail to answer questions and share their experiences and knowledge. Note: Visitors are also welcome to explore the rest of the reserve (traditional trails).

Car park: Parking at the event venue will be limited to those requiring accessible parking (see event registration for information on accessible parking). Event attendees will be asked to park on the street at RiverWoods Manchester. RiverWoods will provide a shuttle to and from their parking lot to the event location (~2 minutes). Those who choose to walk can also do so (~15 minutes).
